He worked in Hamburg in 1961/2 with The Beatles and Gerry and the Pacemakers. Roger is currently working as a solo entertainer all over the country, covering the "golden" periods of the nostalgic 40s, 50s and 60s.
Roger is also a very accomplished compere and voice-over artiste; not to mention his first class skills as a radio presenter. Roger is an entertainer of the highest calibre, able to turn his hand skillfully to any aspect of the music business.
Roger has produced 13 singles with EMI, Nems (Brian Epstein's label), BBC Records and Chapter One Records. He also has 3 albums with BBC Records and Chapter One Records.
Roger's 47 broadcasts include BBC and Capital Radio as well as composing and performing numerous jingles for TV and Radio. His TV appearances include Z Cars, ABC At Large, The House that Rock Built and Sky Star Search. In his film role in Forever Young by Ray Coleman, Roger not only acted, sang and performed the entire score but was responsible for its authenticity and musical direction. Roger has also worked with Paul McCartney in Give My Regards to Broad Street and featured on guitar in the film, Girl on a Motorcycle with Marianne Faithful.
He has been in the Guinness Book of Hit Singles with Honest I Do under the name of Danny Storm. Throughout the 70s Roger became a sought after session musician playing electric and acoustic guitar for top record producers, such as Norrie Paramore, Les Reed, Joe Meek, Johnny Worth and Tim Rice.
